History

MD was founded by Mr. Alberto Chavarria in 2006. It was in response to the expressed need by many developers and foreign investors to partner with a local expert on the domestic market. With said, this will make things easier to analyze and continue their investment projects in Costa Rica.

The Founder

Don Alberto is founder and owner of Master Developers of Costa Rica.

As a professional, he has a Major in Civil Engineering and also a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with emphasis in Banking and Finance.

During his 20 years of career, Mr. Chavarria has been involved in projects around Latinamerican countries working for US Firms. The last 10 years has been in charge of real estate development in Costa Rica as a Development Vice President for the second largest developer in Costa Rica.

Mr.Chavarria has executive training in US and Europe, and also is a senior member of the Urban Land Institute in the US.
